Demographics Dashboard: Information on demographics and special populations in shelter in the last 30 days is available on this dashboard. This information can be filtered at the county level. This dashboard is updated weekly.
Date Ranges: The last tab of the dashboard includes all information on the fact sheet dashboard and the demographics dashboard, but allows viewers to select any starting and ending dates for the dashboard to cover from the last 3 years. This dashboard can also be filtered at the county level. This dashboard is updated weekly.
System Performance Measures: This dashboard shows how our homeless response system is performing compared to previous years. The measures look at length of stay in shelter, total numbers of homeless persons, recidivism back to shelter after permanent housing placements, rate of permanent housing placements, and income growth of clients in supportive housing and rapid-rehousing programs. The dashboard provides comparisons of the current year’s performance to the previous two years, and the goals specified for system performance specified on the last CoC NOFA. The 7 measures included on this report are regularly monitored by the Housing and Homeless coalition of CNY and by the department of Housing and Urban Development. This dashboard is updated quarterly.
