On March 1, 2017 the Housing and Homeless Coalition of Central New York moved from Onondaga County Department of Social Services to United Way of Central New York (UWCNY). UWCNY is now the new HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) Collaborative Applicant and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Lead Agency. The HHC staff are now employees of UWCNY.
