About Jessica

Jessica Foster-Brooks is the Housing Engagement Specialist at the Housing & Homeless Coalition of Central New York. Although she is one of the newer members of the HHC team, Jessica brings more than fifteen years of case management experience in human services, working with at-risk and vulnerable populations. She is a dedicated and strategic leader committed to helping individuals and families secure safe, affordable housing. Outside of her work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and expressing her creativity through drawing and singing.
