About Olivia
Olivia O’Hanlon is the Performance Specialist for the Housing & Homeless Coalition of Central New York. She holds a bachelor’s degree in policy studies from Syracuse University, where she focused on using data analytics to inform public policy and drive positive community impact. In her role, Olivia monitors all HMIS projects for data quality and performance. She is responsible for providing technical assistance to all Continuum of Care projects to support their data quality needs. Olivia also supports the coalition’s federal, state, and local reporting processes.
