The Auburn/Cayuga Continuum of Care (CoC NY-502) has been approved to merge with ours by HUD. We are very excited for this new partnership recognizing that many individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at-risk of homelessness have been transient across the Onondaga/Cayuga border for some time.
